Organization Performance Management

OPM is more inclusive as opposed to BPM, CPM and EPM which refer more specifically to the Business, Corporate and Enterprise needs for Performance Management. OPM includes the Performance Management needs of all types of organized human activities including the Private and Public sectors, Not for Profit organizations, Non Governmental Organizations, Governmental and Inter-Governmental Organizations as well as Civil Society. This is a reflection of the increasing pervasiveness of performance measurement and management throughout society. Whether it’s the UN, local government, multinational, a Human Rights NGO or an SME, all increasingly need to demonstrate performance to all their stakeholders, whether to retain or attract funding, to demonstrate environmental sustainability or the effective execution of corporate strategy.
