Automation

The package "Automation" enables to manage, in an entirely automatic way, the transfer of data (in parallel, in series), the launching of processes related to analytical and reporting applications (for example Hyperion Essbase). In addition, "Automation" is able to backup and restore the applications data, and to deploy repositories (for example Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Financial Management) between different environnements (for example Development and Production. All processes are scheduled and driven/piloted by the end-users using a convivial interface.

Private View

The reference structure of companies is defined and managed in a centralized way. Based on these standards set by the management, different business visions can be dynamically designed with analysis axes to build a multidimensional model. With the aim of covering specific requirements of the management, and to allow more relevant analysis as well as simulations, it is necessary to group together some members (Regroupments), dissociated from the reference structure, and to build a virtual image of the company with nonexistent members.
For this purpose, Synchrotech has developed a Private Views software package, which allows users to build their own hierarchical structures inside the same standard model, to build additional or different views of the same figures.
These new hierarchies, private or public, are built and calculated dynamically at users' request.

Sywork

The package "SyWork" enables each collaborator in a company to report its hours by client/department according to missions, activities and cost-centers (parameterized according to the needs) using a Web interface. Reports can then be generated and/or printed, and the data can be exported for analytical purposes and to update dashboards.

Chart Tools

The package "BubblePie" enables to build 4 dimensions in one multidimensional analytical graph under Excel. The principle consists in combining two axes X and Y with circles and sections; the size of the circles and the sections representing two additional dimensions.

Extended Add-In

The package "Extended Add-In" adds functionalities to the Essbase Excel Add-In provided by Hyperion. In particular, the extension enables the use of the Excel Groups/Outlines for lines and columns. In addition, the extension keeps formatting styles by level/generation to allow drill-down/up while preserving its initial presentation.
