Synchrotech Group proposes to its clients a project owner assistance to accompany them in the definition of their project scope, to support them during all their mission(s) long and to ensure the continued supply of the project as a coordinator. The role of the project owner assistant is to coordinate the efforts of all the various actors of the project, to set the pace and ensure more added value to the project. The tasks could be as various as the following ones:
Roles and Responsibilities definition; Make keeping to the Budget and Schedule; Proof Of Concept realization’s accompaniment; Support to harmonize and normalize the interventions’ practices and the used referential; Optimization propositions of methods, processes or tools enabling to bring the project to the success in accordance to the long term objectives; Operational contribution to project achievement, in producing deliverables about: Project Management (methodology, planning, training plan, risks analysis…) Suppliers’ choices and deliverables validation Operational processes Functional specifications Creation of scenarii Tests plan Business recommendations Regular Status Reports writing and circulation
Creation of fluent, efficient and dispassionate communication conditions between all the various project actors: Leading of the operational Project Revue as well as the Steering Committee Revue; Support to an efficient project management setting up and best practices recommendations; Assurance of the continuous involvement of the operational actors and assistance in the change management; Promote the internal know-how in project management.
