The main phases composing our service « Solution Recommendation » could be described as below :
Domain Analysis : Deep functional and technical analysis in the aim to understand the present process and tool functioning.
Needs Analysis : In this phase, the aim is to define the project objectives (functionally, technically and technologically), the dimension of data confidentiality and security, the priorities, the project plan and the attempts about contracting.
As a result of both analyses, Synchrotech composes a clear and accurate Request for Proposal (RFP) and prepares a Multicriteria Analysis Grid to value the suppliers’ commercial offers.
Suppliers’ Selection : Synchrotech, making the commitment of its agnosticism, helps choose market suppliers and transmits them the RFP. Synchrotech is the single point of contact of the suppliers, taking in charge the responsibility to respond to their questions in a neutral way.
Demonstrations and Meetings : Synchrotech appoints the preselected suppliers for a talk about their proposition. In case of an editor meeting, a solution’s demonstration is requested. Synchrotech insures the meetings lead, using its expertise to challenge the commercial offers. Finally, the Multicriteria Analysis Grid is completed and the client gets recommendations for the final suppliers’ selection.
Negotiations : Either Synchrotech supports the client during the prices negotiations or represents him conducting the negotiations. Then, the client is advised for the final choice.
Final Choice : The final choice accrues to the client’s Steering Committee while Synchrotech takes care of responding and giving feedbacks to the suppliers.
Contractualization : Synchrotech accompanies and advises the client during all the contractualization phase about the project as well as the maintenance terms.
